Reports
In Reports, the panel turns the security activity recorded in the SIEM into white-label reports you can deliver to clients under your own brand, without visible Vulnity branding.
The section is organized into four tabs:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Automation | Schedule recurring reports with email delivery |
| Templates | Define the white-label look and content of your reports |
| Generate | Generate a report on demand and manage saved reports |
| Deliveries | Track scheduled report deliveries per domain and over time |
Templates
Section titled “Templates”Reports are always built from a template, which defines:
- Company name shown on the cover and footer.
- Logo (optional): any image up to 2 MB.
- Cover color applied to the report cover.
- Report language: Spanish or English.
- Sections included in the report, with a live preview while you configure them.
Generate a report
Section titled “Generate a report”The Generate tab creates a report on demand:
- Report name (optional): generated automatically if left empty.
- Template: the template to build the report from.
- Domains: all sites, or a specific selection.
- Period: last 7 days, last 30 days, last quarter, or a custom date range.
- Output format: PDF (fixed layout, ready to share) or HTML (styled web document).
A summary card shows the resulting configuration — name, template, company, language, period, format, cover color, logo, and domains — before generating.
Two actions are available:
- Generate: renders the report and downloads it immediately.
- Generate and save: also stores it under Saved reports, where you can search, download it again (the report is re-rendered on demand), or delete it.
Automated reports and deliveries
Section titled “Automated reports and deliveries”Instead of generating each report by hand, you can schedule automations that generate and email reports on a recurring basis, individually or in bulk for many domains at once. The Deliveries tab tracks every scheduled delivery per domain, including failed sends.
See Automations for the full workflow.
