Reports
In Reports, you can generate automatic white-label reports about security activity recorded in the SIEM.
These reports are fully customizable and do not display Vulnity branding. They include detailed information about detected alerts, affected domains, and actions taken, so you can present professional results under your own company or client identity.
Report generation settings
Section titled “Report generation settings”1. Data filters
Section titled “1. Data filters”Date range
- Start date and end date: select the time period to analyze.
- Dates are normalized automatically, from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59.
Domains
- Select specific domains or leave empty to include all.
- Shows the number of selected domains.
- Includes a checkbox list for every available site.
Severity
- Critical: critical alerts.
- High: high-severity alerts.
- Medium: medium-severity alerts.
- Low: low-severity alerts.
- By default, all severities are selected.
Status
- Open: unresolved alerts.
- Acknowledged: alerts in progress.
- Resolved: resolved alerts.
- By default, all statuses are selected.
Event types
- Dynamic list of all event types available in the system.
- Examples:
core_update,plugin_change,brute_force, etc. - Includes a “Select all” option.
- If none are selected, all are included.
2. White-label configuration (Branding)
Section titled “2. White-label configuration (Branding)”Company name (required)
- The name shown in the report header.
- Example: “Acme Security Corp”.
Logo (optional)
- Format: any image.
- Maximum size: 2 MB.
- Converted to Base64 for inclusion in the report.
- Disabled in demo mode.
Primary color
- Visual color selector.
- You can also enter the hexadecimal code manually.
- Default:
#3B82F6(blue). - Applied to headings, charts, and visual report elements.
3. Sections to include
Section titled “3. Sections to include”You can enable or disable each report section:
- Executive Summary (
executiveSummary): high-level overview. - Distribution Charts (
charts): severity, event-type, and trend charts. - Detailed Alert List (
detailedAlerts): full table with all filtered alerts. - CVE Information (
cveInfo): known-vulnerability details when available.
By default, all are enabled.

Report name

Language
- Spanish (es): default.
- English (en): available.
5. Scheduled report configuration
Section titled “5. Scheduled report configuration”If you want to schedule automatic reports:

Recipients
- List of email addresses.
- Multiple recipients can be added.

Additional information
Section titled “Additional information”- Estimated alerts: shows an estimate of how many alerts the report will include based on filters.
- Report limit: the system checks your membership tier before generating.
- Preview: review the configuration before generating.
Recommended flow
Section titled “Recommended flow”- Select the date range.
- Filter domains and severities as needed.
- Configure branding: company name, logo, and color.
- Choose the sections you need.
- Select the format, typically HTML for viewing or CSV for analysis.
- Generate the report.
