Membership

Vulnity uses a tiered subscription model. Your plan sets how many reports you can store, how long alerts are retained, and which features are unlocked, while the number of domains you monitor is chosen with domain packs. You manage all of it from the avatar menu → Settings → Membership.

  • 1 domain included.
  • 3 stored reports.
  • 35 days of alert retention.
  • For getting started, or for a single site.
  • Domain packs for multiple sites.
  • 15 stored reports.
  • 90 days of alert retention.
  • Automated reports, email alert notifications, and automatic plugin/theme updates.
  • Everything in Basic.
  • 50 stored reports.
  • 200 days of alert retention.
  • White-label reports and priority support.

The cost scales with the number of domains you monitor, purchased as domain packs of 1, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500 sites. Larger packs have a lower cost per domain, and above the largest pack each additional domain is priced individually.

In Settings → Membership, an interactive price calculator lets you adjust the number of domains and shows the monthly cost for each plan in real time. You can bill monthly or annually; annual billing saves 20%.

Payment is processed through Polar Checkout; the Free plan is activated automatically at no cost.

  • You cannot exceed your plan’s domain limit; Vulnity suggests an upgrade when you try to go beyond your quota.
  • Report storage uses FIFO (First In, First Out): the oldest reports are removed when new ones exceed the plan limit.
  • Alert retention depends on the plan: alerts older than the retention window are cleaned up automatically.

Billing is managed through Polar, where active subscribers can view invoices, update payment methods, and change their plan. Customers who subscribed earlier through Stripe are being migrated to Polar.
