Membership
Vulnity uses a tiered subscription model based on membership tiers and domain management, scaling from individual users to companies managing hundreds of domains.
Membership tiers
Section titled “Membership tiers”Tier 0 (Basic)
Section titled “Tier 0 (Basic)”- Includes one free domain.
- 3 stored reports.
- 35 days of alert retention.
- Suitable for individual users or small projects.
Tier 1 (Pro)
Section titled “Tier 1 (Pro)”- 10 stored reports.
- 65 days of alert retention.
- Designed for growing teams.
Tier 2 (Premium)
Section titled “Tier 2 (Premium)”- 15 stored reports.
- 120 days of alert retention.
- For companies that need more advanced capacity.
Pricing structure
Section titled “Pricing structure”Costs scale by domain with decreasing rates as quantity grows. Example for a Pro user with 25 domains:

Upgrade flow
Section titled “Upgrade flow”Users go to Settings → Membership and click “Upgrade Plan” to select a tier. An interactive pricing calculator lets them adjust the domain count (1–9999) and shows the cost breakdown in real time. Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout for non-zero costs; free plans are activated automatically.
System restrictions
Section titled “System restrictions”- Users cannot exceed their domain limit and will receive upgrade suggestions when trying to go beyond their quota.
- Storage uses FIFO (First In, First Out): older reports are deleted when new reports exceed the tier limit.
- Alert retention varies by tier, with automatic cleanup after the configured period.
Account management
Section titled “Account management”Active subscribers access the Stripe Customer Portal to:
- View invoices.
- Update payment methods.
- Modify the current plan.
