User Management
!!! warning “Administrators only” This section is only accessible to users with the Admin role. It manages SIEM users, roles, and credentials inside the organization.
Access restrictions

Organization ID
Section titled “Organization ID”Each organization has a unique ID in SIEM-XXXXXX format, with 6 alphanumeric characters.
Uses of the ID:
- Unique identifier for your organization.
- Required for external integrations.
- Required for SIEM user login.
How to copy the ID:
- In User Management, locate the “Organization ID” card.
- Click “Copy” (clipboard icon).
- You will receive a confirmation notification.
Create user
Section titled “Create user”Administrators can create SIEM credentials for new users in the organization.
Required information
Section titled “Required information”- Username: unique username.
- Password: must meet security requirements.
- Confirm password: must match.
Password requirements
Section titled “Password requirements”- Minimum 8 characters.
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z).
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z).
- At least one number (0-9).
- Recommended: special characters (!@#$%^&*).
